I have deleted/repaired keychain but nothing has worked. After opening Outlook and successfully authenticating to Exchange, Outlook will periodically prompt for my credentials (even though I have saved the credentials I can see them in Credential Manager) and keep prompting 10 times.Outlook 2011 keeps asking for password on a Mac for an IMAP account.
